A. Thyagraj, Asst. Professor, M.A., Political did his Science from Amaravati University and M.A. in Public Administration also, Ph.D is a former Member of IIPA Regional Branch, teaching the subject for last seventeen years. He has been pioneer in organizing seminars and symposias in his college .He has attended six national and two international level seminars and presented research papers, three and one in respective seminars. He has published his more than ten articles pertaining to changing nature of administration and foreign policies in changing perspective across the world.

About The Book

Public administration is a term that refers to the implementation of government policy and to an academic discipline that studies this implementation and that prepares civil servants for working in the public service. Public administration can be broadly described as the development, implementation and study of branches of government policy. The pursuit of the public good by enhancing civil society, ensuring a wellrun, fair, and effective public service are some of the goals of the field. The different theories of public administration can be used in tandem to develop a more effective and elusive "grand theory" of public administration. For this purpose, this chapter will use the writing of David Rosenbloom to explain how his theories can serve as the backbone for a composite theory. This book contains the fundamental and basic information of the subject.
