Dr. Indu Bala, Assistant professor ITTR, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana is working in the field of Education from last 19 years. She is a student of Psychology, Literature and Education. She has completed her PhD from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2012. She has also worked as Principal, Ranjeet Singh Memorial College of Education and Technology, Chhara, Sampla, before joining this university. Being a good researcher she has 35 research papers in her credit which have published in various National, International and UGC Care list journal with good impact factors. She is the author of three books 'Childhood and Development of the children' and 'Environmental education' and "Women Entrepreneurship in 21st Centuary" She has written 5 chapters in edited books. She has supervised more than 20 M.Ed. students for writing their dissertation. She has presented more than 45 papers in different National and international seminars. She has also been invited for delivering extension lectures in different colleges. Her interest areas are Psychology, English literature, phonetics, early childhood care and Gender education. She is the Visiting Team Member (VTM) of NCTE and also inspected two B.El.Ed. Colleges at National level. She is the member of various committees of the institution. Dr. Anju Bala has more than 9 years of teaching experience. She has completed M. A. English & Sociology, M.Ed. and NET (Education) qualified. She completed her Ph.D.(Education) in the area of Special Education. Her interest areas are Research Methodology and Data Analysis, Teaching of English, Special Education, Value Education and Human rights, Comparative Education, Gender education etc. She is the co-author of one book named "Women Entrepreneurship in 21st Century". She has nine research papers in her credit which have been published in journals of repute. She has also presented many research paper in different National and international seminars and conferences. She has participated in different workshops. She has supervised more than 12 PG students for completing their dissertation. She is the member of various committees of the institution.
